Which Skoda models fail their MOT less for their age?
In 2024, 80.7% of MOTs on the 13 Skoda models published here passed (76.3% first time, 4.4% after a fix at the test centre), from 793,018 first tests. Allowing for age (not mileage), these Skoda models fail 8% less often than normal: brand MOT Risk Index 91.7 (95% CI 91.3–92.0; 100 = normal).
Among Skoda models with at least 10,000 first tests, the Skoda Karoq has the lowest index (72.3) and the Skoda Rapid the highest (102.8, close to normal).
