Release motriskindex-families-2024-v5 publishes aggregate-only data for 625 vehicle families after suppression. Download the family table, the family-by-defect-group table, the outside sources (DVSA recalls, inspections in Norway, Finland and the Netherlands, US complaint and bulletin counts for explicit pairs), the mileage within age groups, the model years, or the machine-readable manifest. The manifest defines the source, licence, unit, denominator and meaning of every column; the package contains no vehicle-level or geographic records. SHA-256 values for the release files are in checksums.txt; licences and attribution of every source are in ATTRIBUTION.md.

v1 and v2 are superseded because they counted repeated DVSA 2024 records; the files remain in the superseded archive. v3 and v4 have the same family and defect-group numbers as v5; v4 counted 2019–2023 tests twice in its model-year file, which v5 corrects. Their files stay at their addresses and their metadata is in the archive.
