Which Jeep models fail their MOT less for their age?
In 2024, 78.0% of MOTs on the 7 Jeep models published here passed (73.4% first time, 4.6% after a fix at the test centre), from 70,495 first tests. Allowing for age (not mileage), these Jeep models fail about as often as normal: brand MOT Risk Index 104.8 (95% CI 103.5–106.1; 100 = normal).
Among Jeep models with at least 10,000 first tests, the Jeep Cherokee has the lowest index (100.9) and the Jeep Compass the highest (124.3). On raw pass rates, the Jeep Compass comes first instead, because the models' fleets differ in age.
