Which Dacia models fail their MOT less for their age?
In 2024, 78.3% of MOTs on the 3 Dacia models published here passed (70.4% first time, 7.9% after a fix at the test centre), from 194,671 first tests. Allowing for age (not mileage), these Dacia models fail 42% more often than normal: brand MOT Risk Index 142.4 (95% CI 141.4–143.4; 100 = normal).
Among Dacia models with at least 10,000 first tests, the Dacia Logan has the lowest index (136.3) and the Dacia Sandero the highest (144.4). On raw pass rates, the Dacia Duster comes first instead, because the models' fleets differ in age.
