In 2024, 72.3% of MOTs on the 10 Alfa Romeo models published here passed (67.8% first time, 4.4% after a fix at the test centre), from 69,755 first tests. Allowing for age (not mileage), these Alfa Romeo models fail about as often as normal: brand MOT Risk Index 101.7 (95% CI 100.6–102.8; 100 = normal).
Among Alfa Romeo models with at least 10,000 first tests, the Alfa Romeo Giulietta has the lowest index (104.0) and the Alfa Romeo MiTo the highest (110.4).
